Food infused with the natural environment – our meals are prepared daily with fresh ingredients by our in-house chef. Each meal is prepared with great thought and precision. Our goal is for you to enjoy your whole experience; we want you to enjoy every part of your day from dawn to dusk, including the culinary experience from the food on your plate.
We work with a network of regional vendors as we focus on sourcing seasonal, local and indigenous produce, which allows us to develop a sustainable supply chain.
We strive to serve healthy and nutritious food but also control the carbon footprint that we leave behind.
Recycling and upcycling are essential to daily life here. We are particular about effective waste management. Food waste and bio waste are converted into biogas in-house. Ayurveda medicines require a lot of energy, we use the biogas generated for medicine making. Through this process, we treat waste and reduce dependency on non-renewable energy sources. Water waste is filtered and used to irrigate our agricultural produce and the plants in the garden.
In our quest to spread the goodness of ayurveda, we exclusively produce a range of ayurveda-based daily essential products under the name Nirava Ayurveda. Developed using natural elements the products are ideal for your body and skin nourishment.
Krishnendu offers a comforting environment hinged on the aesthetic Kerala style. The architecture celebrates the natural landscape and climate of Kerala. This was planned to ensure that the environment exudes Kerala’s essence and authenticity.
It is our desire to be viewed as an authentic Kerala Ayurvedic centre preserving the knowledge and sanctity we have received from generations before. The Kerala-style architecture is a reflection of our identity and our principles.
